FAQs on Refunds

Question: Can I Get A Refund If I Am A No Call, No Show?

A no call, no show is an automatic denial for refund. 


Question: Can I Get A Refund If I No Longer Need To Take This Class?

Due to the nature of this industry, we do not issue refunds. We will review exceptions and extenuating circumstances on request. It is up to Management to determine the decision on a refund. A request will be addressed within 7 business days from the date the request for refund was received. Requests for refund must be made in writing via email at crc@cprtrainingacademyofct.com THREE days BEFORE the scheduled class. In doing so, a student who may be on our waiting list can be assigned that seat.


Question: Can A Class Be Canceled?

CPR Training Academy of CT reserves the right to cancel a class due to severe weather or low enrollment. In the event of a cancellation, class will be rescheduled, or students may choose to take a class at a more convenient time. Management will make every effort to accommodate the student's request.


Question: My Refund Was Approved But Is Still Not In My Account

A student's financial institution may take longer to process the refund. Students are encouraged to check with their financial institutions concerning their policies on return funds. 


Question: I Have A Different Question That Is Not Addressed Here. Who Can I Talk With?
