Corporate refund policy

Effective January 1, 2024

Supersedes all other Corporate Refund Policy and Arrival Time Policy

It is essential for the corporation to review and understand the refund policy outlined in their agreement with the CPR training provider. If there are any questions or concerns, they should be addressed with the training provider directly to ensure clarity and compliance with the terms.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this industry, the demand of classes, and the limited space, we do not refund payments. We will gladly allow you to move your paid registration to another class date within 90 days of your original class date as long as there is availability. Student may only reschedule once.

Arriving On Time Policy

Class begins at 9:00 am. Due to the content matter taught in our BLS class, student arriving after 9:15 am will not be allowed to enter the classroom. Student has 90 days to reschedule or forfeit the BLS training fee. Student may only reschedule once.

Leaving Class Prior To Completion Policy

CPRTA of CT does not provide refunds to students who choose to leave the CPR class before completing the entire course. The course fee is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances leading to the student's departure.

Revised January 2026 - Effective Immediately:                      Course Material Policy

The hosting facility is responsible for providing all required course materials for attendees. Books must be purchased directly from the American Heart Association or may be purchased through CPR Training Academy of CT for $25 per book. Please note that the cost of books is not included in the training fee. If students arrive on the day of training without the required course books, the training session will be canceled and forfeits the BLS training fee.

Revised April 2026 - Effective May 2026: Payment Policy

A non-refundable date hold fee of $100 is required at the time of scheduling your training. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your training. Full payment must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled training date.
